GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION - UK Mainland
After selecting your preferred delivery method at the first step of checkout, we will automatically calculate your delivery charge based on the distance from our Showroom to your destination, as well as the size and complexity of the items in each order. 


Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you directly to tailor your delivery around your availability. Every order is shipped with our personal White Glove Delivery service, allowing us to cater to individual needs as well as provide an exceptional service throughout your shopping experience. Dispatch and delivery for these items do vary and can be up to 28 days for UK mainland orders.

 
COLLECTION
We offer a free collection service. To select this method, simply select "Collect from Showroom" at checkout and our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time; we usually require 48 hours to prepare the items for collection. Please ensure you wait for our team to confirm collection before arriving at the showroom.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Occasionally, we accommodate requests for international deliveries. Should you need that type of service, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist in arranging the delivery through a third party. Selected manufacturers will contact you directly to arrange suitable delivery times or advise suitable tracking information once dispatched.


Alternatively, you can complete your order selecting the "Collect from Showroom" option at the checkout and arrange for a third party to deliver to your international property yourself.

 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your items to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our After Sales Support team at clientservices@larkbury.com. Upon receiving your returns request, we will send you a return note, and labels, to attach to any goods to be returned. Credit will be issued following an inspection of the returned items, provided they are in perfect "as sold" condition.

Please note that we will not accept any returns without a returns number and appropriate document. If you are returning items after delivery has taken place, you as the customer, are responsible for returning the items at your own cost. This is equal to the full delivery amount calculated at checkout and free delivery offers do not apply.
