GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

You can select your preferred delivery option on the first step of the checkout. Our system calculates delivery charges automatically based on the distance from our London showroom as well as the size and the complexity of the items in each order.

 

Once you place the order, a member of our team will make sure to get in touch within 2 working days. Our service is fully tailored around the client's availability and we agree delivery slots with our customers directly.

 

As we have our own fleet, we have full flexibility to accommodate every customer's needs as well as ensure deliveries are always looked after with a pinch of extra-care.

 

LUXSALE also offers a collection service. You can select the option when checking out and the service is free. Please wait for our team to confirm collection with you before driving to our showroom.

 

 

UK DELIVERIES

 

Our system is designed specifically to serve those customers of ours that require a UK delivery. Our fleet has been delivering luxury furniture across the UK mainland for over 18 years and our system is designed to calculate the most efficient price directly at the checkout.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 

Occasionally, we accommodate requests for international deliveries. Should you need that type of service, our suggestion is for you to contact us before placing your order so that we can assist in arranging the delivery through third parties.

 

Alternatively, you can complete your order selecting the "Collect from Showroom" option at the checkout and arrange for a third party to deliver to your property abroad by yourself.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your items to us within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be issued following inspection of the returned items and provided they are in perfect "as sold" condition. Please contact us before returning your order in order to obtain a returns number.

 

We will send you a return note and labels to attach to the goods to be returned. Please note that items will not be accepted without a return number and document. If you are returning your items after delivery has taken place, you will be responsible for returning the items to LUXSALE at your own cost.
