Delivery & Returns
We will provide you with a quote either after confirmation of your order or on request. This is due to the large variations in shape, size and weight of our product range resulting in each order or delivery requiring a different approach. For more information please contact us.
For small accessories and cushions, we charge a flat rate fee of £7.
As our products range vary greatly in shape, size and weight, we will provide you with a quote for international shipping once you have placed your order either after confirmation of your order or on request.
We partner with selected international couriers to transport your order to most countries around the world.

General Delivery Information
All delivery prices are subject to change - a member of our client service team will contact you before the shipment has commenced, should this be the case.
For smaller items, you may request that your parcel is left with a neighbour or in a safe place - this must be done during the initial order process.
The courier we use may change depending on the size/weight of your order.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your items to us within 14 days of delivery.
Credit will be issued following inspection of the returned items and provided they are in perfect "as sold" condition. Please contact us before returning your order in order to obtain a returns number. We will send you a return note and labels to attach to the goods to be returned.
Please note that items will not be accepted without a return number and document. If you are returning your items after delivery has taken place, you will be responsible for returning the items to LUXSALE at your own cost.
