Are there any changes to how online purchases and deliveries are made?

You can continue to shop online, where every item displayed is in stock and available for immediate delivery.

To facilitate the smooth and safe delivery of your orders, we are collaborating with a third-party delivery service so that you can continue working on your dream interior space.

Please note that due to the current disruptions, there is a possibility our team will not immediately contact you to confirm your delivery.

We are doing our best to reach out to clients and arrange deliveries quickly and efficiently, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

Is the showroom open?

We are delighted to officially re-open our doors to the public as of Monday 15th June 2020.

What measures are being implemented to make the showroom as safe as possible?

As we’re sure you’ll appreciate, we’re operating rather differently at the moment, and ask that any visitors adhere to our guidelines which we’ve put in place to protect both our employees and our clients.

Prior to your visit, we ask you to confirm that you:

  • Are not experiencing any coronavirus symptoms.
  • Have not been requested to self-isolate according to government guidelines.
  • Have not knowingly recently come into contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms/tested positive.

Upon your arrival to our showroom, we will:

  • Ask you to sign in using contact details on our iPad, which is wiped down with disinfectant after any use.
  • Ask that you wash your hands using the facilities near our reception area.
  • Record your temperature to ensure that it doesn’t exceed the average.
  • Provide you with a face mask that must be worn during the duration of your visit.
  • Provide you with disposable gloves and hand sanitiser should you wish to use them.

What protective measures are being taken to ensure online deliveries are handled safely? Is my online delivery safe to receive?

All on-site staff are wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and practice the highest standards in social distancing. We have brought in additional measures to ensure social distancing at our warehouse and factory in order to protect the health and safety of remaining employees.

We have been working closely with our external courier services to keep up to date with extra precautions that have been introduced. Our courier services are all stringently following government advice, communicating health and safety guidelines with their employees. Furthermore, they have introduced measures to offer alternative delivery options for recipients, including contact-free delivery.

We are also pleased to be able to deliver to a communal area within a building, or to a garage or driveway in order to respect the distancing guidelines. If you wish your item to be delivered directly to your front door, please be mindful that drivers may ask you to maintain social distancing rules when delivering your parcel.

Is it safe to come into contact with an order I have received and collected?

Public Health England has said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

Am I able to place orders over the telephone?

Our Client Service team is ready to process orders over the telephone.
